DTH provider Dish TV today announced a partnership with Hungama Play. As a part of this partnership, Dish TV India is adding support for the Hungama Play on its Android set-top boxes, which includes D2H Stream and DishSMRT Hub.

Dish TV says that with this strategic partnership, Dish TV users will now be able to explore and consume Hungama Play’s premium, multilingual, and multi-genre content library.

Additionally, this partnership will enable users to have access to an exciting slate of multiple Hungama Originals, over 5000 films in Hindi, English, and regional languages, over 1500 short films, over 7500 hours of kids and television content, and more than 150,000 short-format videos across several categories.

If you are a D2H Stream or a Dish SMRT Hub user, you can use the Hungama Play app on your set top box by downloading the app on your device and purchasing the subscription plan directly via the set-top box.
